New Ohio immunization requirements for all students entering 7th grade this Fall:

Those entering 7th grade will now need a Meningococcal vaccine in addition to a Tdap (Tetanus Diptheria and Pertussis) vaccine. These vaccines should be received and a copy provided to the school nurse or secretary by the first day of school. Vaccines are available at the Darke County Health Department on Tuesdays from 8-10:30 am and 2-5:00pm. Clinics are walk-in/no appointment needed during these hours.
